Booking process

1. Send a request

Where are you going? Select location, check-in and check-out dates, features of the accommodation and lay back/get back to work/leave us to it/leave it to us. We have more than 14,000 fully furnished apartments to make you feel at home in more than 150+ destinations.

2. Receive options

Your account manager will send you all the options that fit your request directly to your e-mail in a span of 24 hours, ready to be booked. Fancy any of them? Tell us!

3. Book and Sign

Owners receive the first monthly payment 24 hours after check-in the property, never before. The rest of monthly payments are transferred directly to owners.

4. Safe Check-in

Ready for check-in? The landlord will receive the first payment 24 hours after the key collection and only after the guests confirm everything is as agreed.
